With a simpler form of shelter in mind, the rustic cabins featured in this line were designed by Tommee Render to offer affordable, useful design within a small, comfortable space. Standard plans range from 800 to 1,700 square feet with custom design services available as well. Whether you are looking for a cozy cabin in the woods or a fly fishing get-a-way along the AuSable River, one our quaint rustic cabin shells might be just what you are looking for!

By offering "shell construction," clients are able to finish the interior build-out in a period and price point that meets their individual needs. Shell construction means your rustic cabin shell will be completely finished on the exterior - foundation, framing of exterior & interior walls, porches, roofing, windows, and exterior doors - enclosed and weatherproofed from the elements. For clients that prefer the convenience of having us finish your new cabin through completion, please ask about our "turn-key" services.
